How it works

Up and running before the morning rush

Install on one computer

Download Pandi POS and start it on the shop computer. It keeps your data in one file on that machine.

Open it on every till

Tills, tablets and phones on the shop network open Pandi in the browser. No apps to install.

Add products and sell

Type in your products or import them from a spreadsheet, connect the receipt printer and ring up the first sale.

Good to know

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Pandi POS runs on your own computer and your shop network. Sales, printing and reports keep working when the internet is down.

Can I manage the shop while the tills are busy?

Yes. Open Management on any laptop or tablet in the shop while the tills keep selling. Managing from home is coming with Pandi Cloud.

Where is my data kept?

In one database file on your shop computer. Pandi makes automatic backups on start, on shutdown and every few hours, and you can back up any time from Settings.

Which printers work?

Receipt printers that speak ESC/POS (58 or 80 mm, network or USB), any A4 printer for invoices, kitchen printers and a cash drawer connected to the receipt printer.

Can I bring my products from another system?

Yes. Import products and customers from a CSV spreadsheet. Moving from another POS? Ask us, Pandi can bring over sales history from supported systems too.

Can staff have different permissions?

Yes. Every user has an access level, and each action (void, refund, discount, end of day, settings) can require a higher one. A manager can approve an action with their password.
