pandipos.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies: fonts and images are served from this site. When you click a download button we count the download: which platform and which country it came from, nothing else (no IP address, no cookie). The download files are hosted on GitHub, so downloading one is subject to GitHub's privacy statement. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

The Pandi POS program

Pandi POS runs on your own shop computer. Your products, sales, customers, staff and reports are stored in a database file on that computer and are never sent to us.

• Pandi POS does not send usage data, analytics or crash reports.
• Backups are written to a folder on your computer.
• If you set up email (for example to send invoices), Pandi POS connects only to the mail server you enter. The password is kept in the program's own secret store on your computer.

Because the data lives on your computer, you are in control of it, including keeping it safe, backing it up and deleting it.

Pandi Cloud

Pandi Cloud is not available yet. Before it launches we will update this page to explain what is stored online and where.
